Rules of Association of Geospatial Sciences Victoria Inc.
1. NAME
- The name of the incorporated association is Geospatial Sciences Victoria Inc. (“the Association”).
2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
2.1 Definitions
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires:
- Act means the Associations Incorporation Reform Act of the relevant State or any statutory modification.
- AGM means Annual General Meeting.
- Committee means the Management Committee of the Association.
- Chair means the elected Chair of the Management Committee of the Association.
- Membership means the contractual right of a person to membership of the Association.
- Financial Member means a Member who has paid all fees due.
- General Meeting means a meeting of Members, including the AGM.
- Special Resolution has the meaning given in the Act.
- Year means the financial year of the Association.
- Regulations means regulations under the Act.
2.2 Words and expressions
In these Rules, unless the context requires otherwise:
- a reference to these Rules and any other document or agreement includes a reference to these Rules or that document or agreement as amended, novated, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time and includes rules, regulations and by-laws made thereunder;

a reference to any legislation or to any provision of any legislation includes:
- any modification or re-enactment of the legislation;
- any legislative provision substituted for, and all legislation, statutory instruments and regulations issued under, the legislation or provision; and
- where relevant, corresponding legislation in any Australian State or Territory;
- a reference to “$”, “A$” or “dollar” is a reference to Australian currency;
- the singular means the plural and vice versa;
- words denoting any gender include all genders;
- words and expressions denoting natural persons include bodies corporate, partnerships, associations, institutions, firms, bodies and entities (whether incorporated or not), governments and governmental authorities and agencies and vice versa;
- headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation;
- a reference to these Rules includes any schedules or annexures; and
- words or expressions contained in these Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 and the Act as in force from time to time unless otherwise defined in these Rules.
2.3 Model rules
To the extent permitted by law, the model rules contained in the Act do not apply to the Association.
3. PURPOSES
3.1 Principal purposes
The principal purposes of Geospatial Sciences Victoria Inc. (the Association) are to:
- advance public knowledge, understanding, and application of geospatial sciences and related disciplines, including associated competencies, practices, and technologies;
- promote, conserve, and advance the interests, integrity, standing, and recognition of the geospatial profession, and to represent the profession and the Members of the Association;
- support and encourage high standards of professional conduct, ethical behaviour, and good practice among Members and others engaged in geospatial sciences, and to discourage conduct that may adversely affect the reputation of the profession;
- facilitate and encourage collaboration, research, innovation, and the advancement of scientific and technical knowledge in the field of geospatial sciences and associated disciplines;
- provide opportunities, resources, guidance, and support for the professional and business development of Members, including individuals and organisations where applicable;
- provide, promote, and arrange education, training, and continuing professional development activities for Members and others engaged in or interested in geospatial sciences; and
- foster, maintain, and strengthen relationships with industry, government, academic institutions, and allied professions for the benefit of the geospatial profession and the wider community.
3.2 Ancillary purposes
To achieve the principal purposes set out in Rule 3.1, the Association may, among other things:
- conduct conferences, seminars, workshops, lectures, forums, and other professional, educational, social, and community programs;
- produce, publish, disseminate, and preserve information, publications, resources, and other materials relevant to geospatial sciences, whether in printed, electronic, or other forms;
- establish and maintain relationships and close communication with corporations, associations, institutions, government bodies, professional organisations, and other entities with related interests, and utilise their resources and facilities to further the purposes of the Association;
- seek, receive, and coordinate funding and support from Federal, State, and Local Government and the private sector, including grants, sponsorships, donations, gifts, and bequests, where consistent with the purposes of the Association;
- promote awareness and understanding of the role, value, and contribution of geospatial sciences to the profession and the wider community;
- provide or attract funds for the facilitation of any of the purposes of the Association; and
- do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the purposes and aims of the Association.
The purposes of the Association will be pursued principally in Australia.
3.3 Not-for-profit status
- The Association will not be carried on for the purpose of profit or gain to its Members, and the income and property of the Association, however and wherever derived, will be applied solely towards the promotion of the purposes of the Association.
- No portion of the income or property of the Association will be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly, to any Member of the Association, except as permitted by these Rules.
- Nothing in these Rules prevents the payment in good faith of reasonable and proper remuneration to any person for services actually rendered to the Association, or the reimbursement of reasonable expenses properly incurred on behalf of the Association.
4. POWERS OF THE ASSOCIATION
4.1 The Association has, subject to the Act, power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with, the attainment of its purposes.
4.2 Without limiting the generality of Rule 5.1, the Association has all the rights, powers and privileges and the legal capacity provided under the Act including, but not limited to, the powers to:
- accept gifts, devises, bequests or assignments made to the Association, whether on trust or otherwise, and whether unconditionally or subject to a condition and, if a gift, devise, bequest or assignment is accepted by the Association on trust or subject to a condition, to act as trustee or to comply with the condition, as the case may be;
- make available (whether in writing or in any other form and whether by sale or otherwise) information relating to the Association and its functions;
- occupy, use and control any land or building owned or held under lease by any other person made available to the Association;
- acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property;
- lease the whole or any part of any land or building for the purposes of the Association;
- occupy, use and control any other land or building owned or held under lease by any other person and made available to the Association;
- enter into contracts;
- erect buildings;
- employ managers and other staff to implement the purposes of the Association and pay such fees, salaries, emoluments and expenses as the Committee considers reasonable to such persons;
- purchase or take on hire, or to accept as a gift or on deposit or loan, and to dispose of or otherwise deal with furnishings, equipment and other goods;
- act as trustee of moneys or other property vested in the Association on trust; and
- do anything incidental to any of the Association’s purposes.
4.3 Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules, any money or other property held by the Association for the Association on trust or accepted by the Association for the Association subject to a condition, will not be dealt with except in accordance with the obligations of the Association as trustee or as the person who has accepted the money or other property subject to the condition, as the case may be.
5. ALTERATION OF RULES
These Rules shall not be altered except in accordance with the Act.
6. MEMBERSHIP
6.1 Eligibility for membership

Membership of the Association is open to any person who:
- has formal or informal qualifications, experience, or a demonstrated interest in geospatial sciences or a related field; and
- supports the purposes and objects of the Association.
- Subject to these Rules, admission to Membership is at the discretion of the Committee.
6.2 Classes of membership
- The Committee may, from time to time, establish different classes of Membership and may prescribe the qualifications, rights, privileges, and obligations applicable to each class.

Without limiting Rule 7.2(a), classes of Membership may include:
- Ordinary Members;
- Student Members;
- Honorary Members; and
- any other class of Membership as determined by the Committee from time to time.
- Only Members who are financial Members are entitled to vote at General Meetings, unless otherwise provided by these Rules.
6.3 Application for membership
- A person who applies for and is approved for Membership in accordance with these Rules is eligible to be admitted as a Member of the Association.

An application for Membership must:
- be made in writing in a form approved or determined by the Committee, which may include an online application; and
- be accompanied by the applicable membership fee (if any) determined under these Rules.
- After receipt of an application, the Secretary must refer the application to the Committee for consideration as soon as practicable.
- The Committee may, in its absolute discretion, approve or reject an application for Membership.

If an application is approved, the applicant becomes a Member upon:
- notification of acceptance by the Committee; and
- payment of any applicable membership fee.
- The Secretary must enter the name of an approved applicant in the register of Members as soon as practicable after the requirements of Rule 7.3(e) are satisfied.
- If an application is rejected, the Secretary must notify the applicant as soon as practicable. No reason need be given for the rejection of an application.
7. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
7.1 Membership Fee
The entrance fee payable on admission to Membership is the amount (if any) determined by the Committee at the time the Committee approves an application for Membership.
7.2 Annual subscription
The annual subscription payable by Members:
- may be fixed at the annual general meeting; or
- if not fixed at the annual general meeting, is the amount determined by the Committee,
and is payable in advance on or before the commencement of each Financial Year, or at such other time as determined by the Committee.
7.3 Different fees and exemptions
The Committee may determine that different entrance fees or annual subscriptions are payable in respect of different classes of Membership, or that no fees or subscriptions are payable by one or more Members.
7.4 Part-year membership
If the first year of Membership is comprised of less than 365 days, the entrance fee or annual subscription (as applicable) may be apportioned in such manner as determined by the Committee.
7.5 Unfinancial members
A Member who has not paid any entrance fee or annual subscription by the due date determined under these Rules may be treated as an unfinancial Member and may have some or all rights of Membership suspended until payment is made.
7.6 GST
All amounts payable by a Member under these Rules, including entrance fees and annual subscriptions, are inclusive of GST (if any).
8. RIGHTS OF MEMBERS
8.1 Privileges of membership

Subject to these Rules, a Member of the Association who is entitled to vote has the right to:
- receive notice of General Meetings and proposed special resolutions in the manner and within the time prescribed by these Rules;
- submit items of business for consideration at a General Meeting in accordance with these Rules;
- attend, speak, and be heard at General Meetings;
- vote at General Meetings;
- have access to the minutes of General Meetings and other documents of the Association as provided by these Rules; and
- inspect the register of Members in accordance with these Rules and the Act.
- The rights of a Member, including the right to vote, are subject to the Member being financial and otherwise not suspended under these Rules.
8.2 Entitlement to vote
A Member is entitled to vote at a General Meeting if:
- more than 21 days have elapsed since the person became a Member of the Association; and
- the Member’s rights have not been suspended under these Rules.
8.3 Unfinancial members
A Member who has not paid any fees payable under these Rules by the due date determined by the Committee is not entitled to exercise any rights of Membership, including the right to vote, while the fee remains unpaid.
8.4 Rights not transferable
A right, privilege, or obligation of a person by reason of the person’s Membership:
- is personal to that Member and is not capable of being transferred or transmitted to another person; and
- terminates upon cessation of Membership, whether by resignation, death, or otherwise in accordance with these Rules.
8.5 Classes of members with restricted rights
Despite Rule 9.1, the Committee may determine that certain classes of Membership, including Student Members or Honorary Members, have restricted rights, including restrictions on voting, standing for election, or requisitioning General Meetings, as determined under these Rules.
8.6 Members’ liabilities
The liability of a Member to contribute towards the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Association or the costs, charges and expenses of the winding up of the Association is limited to the amount (if any) unpaid by the Member in relation to membership of the Association as required by rule 7.
9. REGISTER OF MEMBERS
9.1 Maintenance of register
The Secretary must keep and maintain a register of Members that includes:
- the full name and residential or postal address of each Member;
- the email address last provided by the Member (if any);
- the date on which each Member’s name was entered in the register;
- for each former Member, the date on which the Member ceased to be a Member; and
- any other information the Committee considers necessary or appropriate for the administration of the Association.
9.2 Inspection of register
The register of Members must be made available for inspection, free of charge, by any Member at a reasonable time upon request, subject to this Rule and the Act.
9.3 Privacy and access
No personal information of any member will be disclosed to any other member who requests to view the Register of Members.
10. DEFAULT BY MEMBERS
10.1 Notice of default
If a Member fails to pay any subscription or fee payable under these Rules, in whole or in part, for more than five (5) months after the due date, the Secretary must give written notice to the Member requiring payment of the outstanding amount.
10.2 Cessation for non-payment
If a Member fails to pay the outstanding amount within two (2) months after service of the notice under Rule 11.1, the Member automatically ceases to be a Member in accordance with Rule 12, and the Secretary must notify the Member accordingly.
11. CEASING MEMBERSHIP
11.1 Resignation
A Member who has paid all monies due and payable to the Association may resign from Membership by giving written notice to the Association or to a Committee Member.
11.2 Events causing cessation
A Member ceases to be a Member upon:
- resignation;
- expulsion in accordance with these Rules; or
- death.
11.3 Deemed resignation
Where no annual subscription is payable, a Member is taken to have resigned if:
- the Secretary has made a written request to the Member to confirm that the Member wishes to remain a Member; and
- the Member has not, within three (3) months after receiving that request, confirmed in writing that they wish to remain a Member.
11.4 Register update
The Secretary must record in the register of Members the date on which a Member ceases to be a Member.
12. DISCIPLINE, SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION OF MEMBERS
12.1 Grounds for action
Subject to these Rules and the Act, if the Committee is of the opinion that a Member:
- has refused or neglected to comply with these Rules; or
- has engaged in conduct unbecoming a Member or prejudicial to the interests of the Association or the geospatial profession,
the Committee may, by resolution:
- suspend the Member from Membership for a specified period; or
- expel the Member from the Association.
12.2 Confirmation of resolution
A resolution passed under Rule 13.1 does not take effect unless:
- the Committee confirms the resolution at a meeting held in accordance with Rule 13.3; and
- if the Member appeals, the Association confirms the resolution at a General Meeting in accordance with this Rule.
12.3 Timing of confirmation meeting
A Committee meeting to confirm or revoke a resolution under Rule 13.1 must be held not earlier than fourteen (14) days and not later than twenty-eight (28) days after notice is given to the Member under Rule 13.4.
12.4 Notice to Member
The Secretary must give the Member written notice that:
- sets out the resolution and the grounds on which it is based;
- states that the Member, or the Member’s representative, may address the Committee at the confirmation meeting;
- specifies the date, time, and place of that meeting;
- informs the Member that a written statement seeking revocation of the resolution may be submitted before the meeting; and
- informs the Member of the right to appeal to the Association if the resolution is confirmed.
12.5 Committee decision
At the confirmation meeting, the Committee must:
- give the Member or the Member’s representative an opportunity to be heard;
- consider any written statement submitted by the Member; and
- determine whether to confirm or revoke the resolution.
12.6 Appeal to the Association
If the Committee confirms the resolution, the Member may, within forty-eight (48) hours after the meeting, give written notice to the Secretary of an intention to appeal to the Association in General Meeting.
12.7 Convening appeal meeting
Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the Secretary must notify the Committee, and the Committee must convene a General Meeting to be held within twenty-one (21) days.
12.8 Procedure at appeal meeting
At a General Meeting convened under this Rule:
- no business other than the appeal may be conducted;
- the Committee may present the grounds and reasons for the resolution;
- the Member or the Member’s representative must be given an opportunity to be heard; and
- Members present must vote by secret ballot on whether the resolution is to be confirmed or revoked.
12.9 Outcome
If two-thirds of the Members present and voting support the resolution, it is confirmed; otherwise, it is revoked.
13. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
13.1 Application of procedure
This Rule applies to disputes arising under these Rules between:
- a Member and another Member;
- a Member and a Committee Member; or
- a Member and the Association.
13.2 Initial resolution
The parties to the dispute must meet and attempt to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days after the dispute comes to the attention of all parties.
13.3 Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved, the parties must within ten (10) days:
- notify the Committee;
- agree to or request the appointment of a mediator; and
- attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by mediation.
13.4 Appointment of mediator
The mediator must be:
- a person agreed upon by the parties; or
-
failing agreement:
- for disputes between Members, a person appointed by the Committee; or
- for disputes involving the Committee or the Association, a mediator appointed or employed by the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria.
13.5 Conduct of mediation
The mediator:
- may be a Member of the Association, provided they have no personal interest in the dispute;
- must give each party a fair opportunity to be heard;
- must ensure natural justice is afforded to all parties; and
- must not determine the dispute.
13.6 Failure of mediation
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may pursue any remedies available under the Act or at law.
14. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
14.1 Holding of annual general meeting
Subject to the Act, the Association must hold an annual general meeting (AGM) in each calendar year.
14.2 Convening the AGM
The Committee must convene the AGM and may determine the date, time, and place of the meeting.
14.3 Notice of AGM
The notice convening the AGM must specify that the meeting is an annual general meeting.
14.4 Ordinary business of the AGM
The ordinary business of the AGM is to:
- confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting;
- receive reports from the Chair and the Treasurer on the activities and financial affairs of the Association;
- receive and consider the financial statements of the Association prepared in accordance with the Act;
- announce or conduct the election of Committee Members; and
- transact any other business of which notice has been given in accordance with these Rules.
14.5 Special business
The AGM may also conduct any special business of which notice has been properly given in accordance with these Rules.
15. SPECIAL GENERAL MEETINGS
15.1 General
In addition to the AGM, the Association may hold other General Meetings, which are special general meetings.
15.2 Convening by Committee
The Committee may, whenever it thinks fit, convene a special general meeting of the Association.
15.3 Convening on Members’ request
The Committee must convene a special general meeting upon a written request signed by at least ten per cent (10%) of the Members entitled to vote.
15.4 Form of request
A request under Rule 16.3 must:
- be in writing;
- state the business to be considered at the meeting and any resolutions to be proposed;
- be signed by the Members making the request; and
- be given to the Secretary.
16. NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS
16.1 Notice period
The Secretary must give each Member at least fourteen (14) days’ notice of a General Meeting, or at least twenty-one (21) days’ notice if a special resolution is to be proposed.
16.2 Contents of notice
A notice of a General Meeting must:
- set out the date, time, and place of the meeting;
- state the general nature of the business to be conducted; and
- if a special resolution is proposed, specify the intention to propose the resolution and set out the proposed resolution in full.
16.3 Method of notice
Notice may be given to Members in writing or by electronic transmission in accordance with these Rules.
17. Proceedings at General Meetings
17.1 Quorum
No business may be conducted at a General Meeting unless a quorum is present.
17.2 Quorum requirement
The quorum for a General Meeting is the lesser of:
- ten (10) Members entitled to vote; or
- twenty per cent (20%) of the total number of Members entitled to vote.
17.3 Voting rights
Each financial Member present at a General Meeting and entitled to vote has one (1) vote.
17.4 Decisions
Questions arising at a General Meeting are to be decided by a majority of the votes cast, unless otherwise required by these Rules or the Act.
17.5 Casting vote
In the event of an equality of votes, the Chair of the meeting has a second or casting vote.
17.6 Proxy Voting
A Member entitled to vote at a General Meeting may appoint another Financial Member as their proxy to vote and speak on their behalf.
A proxy appointment:
- must be in writing;
- must identify the appointing Member and the proxy;
- must be signed or electronically authorised by the appointing Member; and
- must be received by the Secretary not less than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
No Member may hold more than five proxy appointments.
Unless otherwise directed by the appointing Member, the proxy may vote on any matter before the meeting at their discretion.
18. COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT
18.1 Role of the Committee
Subject to the Act, the affairs of the Association are to be managed by a Committee elected by the Members at the annual general meeting.
18.2 Composition of the Committee
The Committee consists of:
- a Chair;
- a Vice Chair, who also performs the role of Secretary;
- a Treasurer; and
- up to four (4) ordinary Committee Members.
18.3 Election and term of office
- Committee Members are elected at the annual general meeting.
- Each Committee Member holds office for a term of two (2) years commencing at the conclusion of the annual general meeting at which they are elected.
- A Committee Member is eligible for re-election for one (1) further consecutive term.
- A person must not hold the same office for more than two (2) consecutive terms.
18.4 Vacation of Office
- A committee member may resign from the Committee by written notice addressed to the Committee.

A person ceases to be a committee member if the person—
- ceases to be a member of the Association;
18.5 Casual vacancies
- The Committee may appoint a Member to fill a casual vacancy on the Committee.
- A person appointed under this Rule holds office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting and is eligible for election at that meeting.
19. DUTIES OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS
19.1 Chair
The Chair is responsible for:
- providing leadership to the Association;
- presiding over meetings of the Committee and General Meetings;
- ensuring effective governance of the Association; and
- representing the Association where appropriate.
19.2 Vice Chair and Secretary
- The Vice Chair performs the duties of the Chair in the absence of the Chair.

In the capacity of Secretary, the Vice Chair is responsible for:
- maintaining the records of the Association;
- preparing and keeping minutes of meetings;
- managing correspondence; and
- ensuring compliance with the Act and these Rules.
- Must reside in Australia
19.2 A Appointment of Secretary
The Secretary of the Association shall be the Vice Chair unless otherwise determined by the Committee.
If the office of Secretary becomes vacant, the Committee may appoint a Member who is eligible under the Act to act as Secretary until the vacancy is filled at the next General Meeting or Annual General Meeting.
The Secretary must perform the duties required by the Act and these Rules.
19.2 B Removal of Secretary
The Committee may remove a person from the office of Secretary by resolution where the Committee is satisfied that:
- the Secretary has resigned;
- the Secretary is unable to perform the duties of the office;
- the Secretary ceases to be eligible to hold office under the Act; or
- removal is otherwise considered necessary in the interests of the Association.
The removal of a person from the office of Secretary does not automatically remove that person from any elected position held on the Committee unless separately resolved in accordance with these Rules.
19.3 Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for:
- overseeing the financial affairs of the Association;
- ensuring proper financial records are kept;
- presenting financial reports to the Committee and General Meetings; and
- ensuring the funds of the Association are applied in accordance with these Rules.
19.4 Ordinary Committee Members
Ordinary Committee Members must:
- contribute to Committee decision-making;
- support the activities of the Association; and
- act in the best interests of the Association at all times.
20. COMMITTEE MEETINGS
20.1 Frequency
The Committee must meet as often as necessary to conduct the business of the Association and at least four (4) times in each year.
20.2 Quorum
A quorum for a Committee meeting is a majority of the Committee Members holding office.
20.3 Voting
- Each Committee Member present at a meeting has one (1) vote.
- Questions arising at a Committee meeting are decided by a majority of votes.
- In the event of an equality of votes, the Chair has a second or casting vote.
20.4 Use of technology
- A committee meeting may be held using any technology consented to by each committee member.
- The consent by a committee member may be a standing consent.
- A committee member who participates in a committee meeting using technology is taken to be present at the meeting.
21. OFFICERS AND REMUNERATION
21.1 Appointment of employees and contractors
The Committee may appoint employees or engage contractors to assist in the operation of the Association on terms determined by the Committee.
21.2 Remuneration
- Any remuneration paid must be reasonable and proper.
- No Committee Member may be paid remuneration for performing their duties as a Committee Member, except as permitted under the Act.
22. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
22.1 Source of funds
The funds of the Association are derived from membership fees, donations, grants, and other lawful sources approved by the Committee.
22.2 Banking
- All funds of the Association must be deposited into an account in the name of the Association.
22.3 Authorisation of Payments
All withdrawals, electronic transfers, cheques, and other payments from Association accounts must be authorised by at least two authorised officers of the Association.
For the purposes of this Rule, authorised officers are:
- the Chair;
- the Vice Chair/Secretary; and
- the Treasurer,
or any other Committee Member authorised by resolution of the Committee.
The Committee may establish financial delegations and procedures for the approval of expenditure, provided that all payments are subject to proper oversight and recording.
22.3 Financial records
The Committee must ensure that:
- proper financial records are kept in accordance with the Act; and
- financial statements are prepared and presented to the annual general meeting.
An audit or review must be conducted if required under the Act.
22.4 Financial year
The financial year shall be the period of 12 months ending on 30 June.
23. COMMON SEAL
The Association is not required to have a common seal.
24. ALTERATION OF RULES
These Rules may be altered only by special resolution passed at a General Meeting in accordance with the Act.
Any alteration takes effect only after registration by the Registrar of Incorporated Associations.
25. WINDING UP AND DISSOLUTION
- The Association may be wound up or dissolved in accordance with the Act.
- On the winding up or dissolution of the Association, any surplus assets remaining after satisfaction of all debts and liabilities must not be distributed to Members, but must be transferred to another incorporated association or not-for-profit body with similar purposes and which prohibits the distribution of income and assets to its members.
26. CUSTODY OF RECORDS
The Secretary must keep custody of all books, documents, and securities of the Association, except as otherwise determined by the Committee.
A Member may on request inspect free of charge the minutes of Committee meetings by written application to the Secretary.
The Committee may permit inspection of Committee minutes subject to any conditions it considers appropriate.
The Committee may withhold from inspection any part of the minutes that:
(a) contains confidential, commercial, legal, disciplinary, employment or personal information;
(b) would be likely to prejudice the interests of the Association; or
(c) is otherwise required by law to remain confidential.
Nothing in this Rule prevents the Committee from providing a summary of decisions made at a Committee meeting to Members.
26.1 Inspection and Copies of Records
A Member may inspect records of the Association that they are entitled to access under the Act and these Rules.
Upon payment of any reasonable copying or administrative charge determined by the Committee, a Member may obtain a copy of such records.
